1. Introduction & Nature of Service

Growerslink provides a multi-vendor digital marketplace and classifieds platform connecting growers, suppliers, and consumers.

• Our Role: Growerslink is the service provider. We provide the digital infrastructure, host the platform, and facilitate the checkout process.
• The Vendor’s Role: We are not the seller of the goods. When a purchase is made, the contract of sale is directly between the buyer and the independent vendor. Growerslink does not own, inspect, or hold inventory of the items sold on the site.

2. Payments, Fees, and Commissions

Financial transactions on the site are divided based on the services provided:

• Paid to Growerslink: As the platform operator, Growerslink collects fees for our services. This includes user membership subscriptions, paid advertising placements, and a set sales commission deducted from transactions processed through the marketplace.
• Paid to Vendors: The remaining funds from the sale of goods—after the Growerslink commission is deducted—are paid directly to the independent suppliers and growers selling on the platform.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

Because Growerslink facilitates sales between independent buyers and sellers, and deals heavily in perishable goods, the following rules apply:

• Step One (Vendor Contact): If there is an issue with an order, the buyer must first contact the supplier directly to resolve the problem.
• Step Two (Growerslink Mediation): If the supplier fails to respond or refuses to address a legitimate issue, the buyer may escalate the dispute to Growerslink. We will step in to review the communication and transaction to enforce a fair resolution.
• Food and Perishables: For health and safety reasons, food items and perishable crops cannot be physically returned.
• Refunds on Food: While physical returns on food are prohibited, buyers are entitled to a refund if the produce arrives spoiled, damaged, or if the order never arrives. Buyers must provide clear proof (such as photographs of the damaged goods) to the vendor or Growerslink to process a refund.
• Platform Fees: All purchases for Growerslink memberships, subscriptions, or advertising campaigns are final and non-refundable.

4. User-Generated Content & Moderation

• No Pre-Screening: We do not pre-screen or verify every marketplace listing or classified ad. Vendors are entirely responsible for the accuracy, safety, and legality of what they post.
• Reporting: If you encounter a fraudulent ad, illegal goods, or offensive content, report it immediately. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban users without notice.

5. Transactions & Third-Party Risks

• Assumption of Risk: While Growerslink provides dispute mediation, you agree that purchasing from independent vendors is done at your own risk. Growerslink is not legally liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from the quality or safety of the crops sold.
• Legal Compliance: Vendors agree they are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, agricultural regulations, and safety standards regarding the sale of their produce or equipment.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

• Email Communication: By creating an account, you agree to receive essential platform emails. You can opt out of marketing or newsletter emails at any time.
• Location Data: We request location data strictly to match buyers with local growers and suppliers.
• Third-Party Sharing: Growerslink does not sell your personal information to third parties.
• Data Deletion: If you want us to delete your account and personal data, you can do so at any time. Just go to https://growerslink.com/delete-my-account/ and fill out the form.

7. Account Termination

Growerslink reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account at our sole discretion, at any time, if you violate these terms or disrupt the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

Growerslink reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as the platform evolves. It is the user’s responsibility to check this page for changes. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
